Job Description

:

Perform preventive, corrective and breakdown maintenance of Low Voltage (LV) electrical systems and equipment including generator to meet maintenance and operation requirements and update all data into relevant program and/or systems.

Perform switching operations of LV/HV systems as per Permit To Work (PTW) requirement and update all data into relevant program and/or systems.

Perform preventive, corrective and breakdown maintenance of High Voltage (HV) generating systems and equipment under supervision of senior technician (category B0/H1 and above) as per operation requirement. and update all data into relevant program and/or systems.

Supervise and coordinate LV/HV electrical installation/ modifications work by contractors and vendors in compliance to standards and specifications.

Perform dismantling and assembly of electrical equipment in accordance to work specifications and update all data into relevant program and/or systems.

Identify and coordinate availability of electrical replacement spare parts to meet electrical maintenance requirements.

Lead emergency response team in line with emergency response plan.

Conduct functional tests on process and safety equipment to ensure integrity and operation in line with HSE standard.

Provide input in safety inspections and prepare job hazard/ health analysis in line with HSE requirement.

Perform preventive maintenance on auxiliary field instrument devices as per maintenance procedures and update all data into relevant program and/or systems.

Perform functional and calibration checks of Fire & Gas and Alarm & Shutdown Systems/ equipment to ensure operability and availability of installation safeguarding system and update all data into relevant program and/or systems.

Perform functional checks on instrumentation process control loops to ensure integrity as per maintenance procedures and update all data into relevant program and/or systems.

Perform accuracy checks on instrumentation test equipment as per maintenance procedures and update all data into relevant program and/or systems.

Perform preventive maintenance on control valve as per maintenance procedures and update all data into relevant program and/or systems.

Perform Distributed Control System (DCS) and Programmable Logic Controller (PLC) hardware cards replacement to ensure smooth process control and safeguarding of installation requirement and update all data into relevant program and/or systems.

Perform planned preventive maintenance of air conditioning and refrigeration equipment as per maintenance requirements and update all data into relevant program and/or systems.

Perform maintenance of static equipment as per maintenance procedures and update all data into relevant program and/or systems.

Perform maintenance of rotating equipment as per maintenance procedures and update all data into relevant program and/or systems.

Perform planned preventive maintenance of fans and blowers as per maintenance requirements and update all data into relevant program and/or systems.

Perform servicing of pressure relieving devices as per maintenance procedures and update all data into relevant program and/or systems.

Perform rigging and lifting activities in compliance with HSE procedures and guidelines and update all data into relevant program and/or systems.

Perform plumbing activities as per maintenance procedures and update all data into relevant program and/or systems.

Perform replacement of turbine filters as per maintenance procedures and update all data into relevant program and/or systems.

Perform and maintain normal operating installation conditions as per operating procedures and update all data into relevant program and/or systems.

Perform safety equipment routine checks to ensure operability and availability in compliance with HSE rules, regulations and procedures and update all data into relevant program and/or systems.

Respond to operational upset, plant emergencies and execute process adjustment including shutdown actions to ensure continuous production operations

Record and maintain panel log sheets, activities log, equipment history, checklist and perform shift handover for information sharing.

Respond to emergency as per emergency response plan.

29

Provide guidance and mentoring as necessary for new trainees and technicians
