Technician (ppm, Audio Visual, Carpentar, Painter)
Job Description
Responsibilities:
Carry out inspection rounds of all machinery rooms, public area and report any defects or situations that requires attention.
Assist in rectifying all defects and responding to all breakdown requests in the most efficient and professional manner possible.
Assist with the operation, maintenance, upgrade and installation of all building systems.
Assist in Energy Conservation by ensuring all machines are cleaned, and maintained to the highest standard.
Adhere to the Engineering, Fire Life & Safety Matrix & Audit requirement to ensure optimum performance of the properties essential services during an emergency situation.
Carry out the role of Emergency Response Team Member or Support team Member.
Requirements:
Candidate must possess at least a SPM, Certificate, Engineering or equivalent.
Minimum 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field.
Preferably background specializing in Building maintenance or equivalent.
