Technician Pre Delivery Inspection

Job Description
- Possesses basic reading and writing skills in English & Bahasa Malaysia to comprehend repair orders.
- Possess a valid class D driving license.
- An added advantage is the Sijil Kemahiran Malaysia (SKM) Level 3 Certificate in Automotive/Mechanical or equivalent.
- Prepare and submit the PDI (Pre-Delivery Inspection) report.
- Perform overall PDI checking for all new vehicles:
- Interior, exterior, function & accessories.
- Coordinate with Foreman if any abnormalities are found.
- Perform long-storage vehicle maintenance;
- Interior, exterior, function & accessories.
- Battery condition, wiper condition, electrical, trim condition, exterior paint condition.
- Perform engine oil replacement for long storage vehicles (over 6 months).
- Communicate with Foreman when repair work, diagnosis or troubleshooting is required.
- Assist in delivering the vehicle house & dealer sales.
- Ensuring overall new car quality before delivery to Sales Advisor.
- Insurance Coverage Hospitalization RM 50,000 for self and family.
- Personal Accident Insurance and Term Life Insurance.
