Position: Technician (Printer|IT) - Assistance Engineer Salary: SGD 1800 - SGD 2500 Location: One-North Woring days: 5days Job Details:

  • Provide servicing on customers\xe2\x80\x99 MFDs in accordance with procedures indicated inside the service manual.
  • Take ownership of designated MFDs and to ensure all MFDs are in optimum working conditions.
  • Providing quality services during visits to ensure customers or users are delighted.
  • To provide resolution to customer when they encountered connectivity issues or unable to utilize the machine in their printing environment.
  • To undertake the role and responsibilities to ensure all installed machines with connectivity are properly installed and demonstrated to users on the use of the machine\xe2\x80\x99s functions and connectivity matters.
  • Support team in technical support and solutions
Requirement \xc2\xb7 At least a diploma or equivalent in engineering, IT, business, or a related field is required. \xc2\xb7 At least 2 years or more of relevant experience in technical field operation in office equipment with intermediate knowledge in networking Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Salary: RM5,400.00 - RM7,500.00 per month Schedule:
  • Monday to Friday
