Job Description
Position: Technician (Printer|IT) - Assistance Engineer Salary: SGD 1800 - SGD 2500 Location: One-North Woring days: 5days Job Details:
- Provide servicing on customers\xe2\x80\x99 MFDs in accordance with procedures indicated inside the service manual.
- Take ownership of designated MFDs and to ensure all MFDs are in optimum working conditions.
- Providing quality services during visits to ensure customers or users are delighted.
- To provide resolution to customer when they encountered connectivity issues or unable to utilize the machine in their printing environment.
- To undertake the role and responsibilities to ensure all installed machines with connectivity are properly installed and demonstrated to users on the use of the machine\xe2\x80\x99s functions and connectivity matters.
- Support team in technical support and solutions
- Monday to Friday
- Working Location on Singapore
- Diploma/Advanced Diploma (Preferred)
