• Candidate possesses a minimum of a Diploma in relevant studies
• Possess strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Able to work independently with minimum supervision.
• Pleasant personality, self-motivated & teamwork.
• Knowledgeable in the Malaysian Employment Act 1955 and current HR best practices.
• Minimum 3 years of working experience in Human Resources preferably in the F&B industry.
• Proficiency in Mandarin is a must for the role.

• Oversee end-to-end staffing processes, from recruitment and interviewing to hiring and onboarding.
• Provide advice and expertise in various HR areas, including payroll, HR systems, recruitment, training, development, performance management, employee relations, employment law, compliance, compensation, benefits, and administration.
• Develop training materials and performance management programs to clarify job responsibilities and enhance employee understanding.
• Create and maintain a compensation strategy based on market research and pay surveys.
• Utilize performance management tools to offer guidance and feedback to the team.
• Stay current on Malaysian Government Legislation, rules, and regulations to ensure alignment with company policies.
• Maintain organization charts and employee directories.
• Prepare and present HR-related reports for management.
• Partner with management to ensure HR goals align with business initiatives.
• Maintain HR systems and processes
• Provide support and guidance to HR staff.
• Analyze trends in compensation and benefits.
• Design and implement employee retention strategies.
