DescriptionKey Role
- Control and improve processes to ensure quality products are built efficiently and delivered on time.Key Responsibility
1 Monitor and ensure high utilization of resources.
2 Identify and propose methods to address factors affecting utilization.
3 Conduct work and time study to standardize work content, work stations and cycle time for every product and process.
4 Generate documents for standardization.
5 Conduct waste analysis and propose methods of waste reduction in processes.
6 Control processes as established in standard operating procedures
7 Control straight pass performance.
8 Report performance of process in achieving targets.
9 Liaise with relevant personnel from related departments for matters affecting process performance.
10 Ensure good 5S practice in work area.
11 Uphold company and department regulations and ensure compliance by all subordinates.
12 To carry out any other duties as directed by the company.Reporting To

1 Good oral and written communication skills (local language)
2 Experience in leading production teams
3 Familiar with efficiency, quality and continuous improvement concepts in production.
