Job Description

Responsibilities

1. Machine Operation & Monitoring

Operate production machinery according to standard operating procedures (SOPs).

Monitor machine performance and adjust settings as needed to maintain quality and efficiency.

Ensure proper startup, shutdown, and changeover of equipment.

2. Maintenance & Troubleshooting

Perform routine preventive maintenance (PM) on equipment.

Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve minor mechanical, electrical, or process-related issues.

Escalate complex issues to engineers or maintenance team.

3. Production Support

Assist in setting up machines and materials before each production run.

Support production output by minimizing machine downtime.

Ensure production targets and cycle times are achieved.

4. Quality Control

Inspect products during and after production to ensure they meet quality standards.

Report and document any defects or non-conformities.

Follow quality assurance protocols and assist in root cause analysis.

5. Safety & Compliance

Follow all safety procedures and wear required personal protective equipment (PPE).

Ensure machines operate safely and report any hazards or unsafe conditions.

Comply with company policies, GMP, ISO, and other regulatory requirements.

6. Documentation & Reporting

Maintain accurate production logs, machine records, and downtime reports.

Assist with shift handover and report any issues or observations.

Complete checklists and forms related to production and maintenance.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
