Job Description
Join our team at ITL Security Solution (M) Sdn Bhd as a Technician (Services) in Puchong, Selangor. We are seeking a skilled and dedicated individual to support our technical team in providing top-notch services to our clients.
- Diploma related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in technical support
- Possess knowledge in ELV.
- Possess knowledge in Wiring.
- Willing to learn attitude.
- Respond to all customer\'s call and ensure that customer site is in working condition
- Ability to demonstrate and technically oriented with good analytical skills.
- Mature and able to work with minimum supervision. Able to handle customer\'s complaints.
