Job Description

To receive job order request and attend to job order request.

Ensure job order request is completed within timeline and keep record of job order request.

Incomplete job order request to bring up to superior's attention for follow up or bring up to Maintenance Manager for any follow up action.

Able to handle job/work related to installations, general repairs and maintenance of all operating equipment, minor electrical, air conditioning, telephone, CCTV and mechanical trouble shooting, general carpentry, plumbing, re-painting and re-varnishing and replacement of fused bulbs, etc.

To take daily electricity, water and gas consumption reading, pool PH and chlorine reading, water tanks level reading, chiller operation and hot water temp reading.

To carry out any preventive maintenance activities as assigned by supervisors or Maintenance Manager and to update the checklist immediately or before the end of their shift.

Attend to guest room and public area complaint or any assignment as instructed by the supervisor or Maintenance Manager.

To update the daily and monthly checklist as required and instructed by superiors.

Performs any other maintenance related tasks assigned by superiors from time to time.

Able to operate and supervise audio set-ups for events, functions, and special events including the maintenance of all AV equipments.

Hands-on programming and operation of live performance lighting, as well as doing regular maintenance and upkeep on conventional and intelligent lighting fixtures.

Understand stage layout specifications and requirements and communicate with Sales & Banquet team to determine type and location of sets, props, scenery, lighting, and sound equipment required for specific event.

Ensure proper care, security, and maintenance of other hotel's equipment through proper supervision of service personnel.

Attend and participate in all required meetings on a regular basis.

Strong work ethic and passion for delivering great customer service.

To take on other maintenance job tasks as assigned by superior.
