What you'll be doing

Carry out materials, mechanical and performance tests based on prescribed methods and standards. Prepare and configure test setups, ensuring correct operation of instruments, fixtures, and tools. Accurately document results, observation, and deviations, assist in analyzing test outcomes for reporting purposes. Follow safety protocols, use appropriate PPE, and maintain a clean, organized, and safe working environment Raw and processed data from materials, mechanical and performance tests, recorded according to procedure. Structured reports detailing test conditions, methods, observations, results, and conclusions Identification of whether a tested sample meets the specified standards or fails to comply, with documented evidence. Completed checklists ensuring that equipment is safe and ready for use prior to testing.
What we're looking for

Diploma holder in mechanical, automotive, material, electric or electronic engineering field or equivalent. Understand in laboratory testing equipment and methodologies Familiarity with engineering or R&D testing protocols Excellent attention to detail and analytical thinking. Ability to clearly report findings and provide actionable insights Strong interpersonal skills for effective collaboration across teams Ability to trouble shooting and repairing machine or equipment
