Technician is responsible for conducting general maintenance and repairs of hotel facilities, equipment and property structures.
  • To be hands on in Engineering job scope.
  • To ensure efficiency in its performance by providing reliable information relayed from other department outside callers and highly responsible in doing necessary follow-ups.
  • Maintain proper communication, coordination with guest, staff in Front Office and Housekeeping Department.
  • Should be able to be familiar with areas and equipment in the hotel, to be responsible for the event of emergencies and able to react to situation confidently.
  • To affirm all operational system are in correct status to provide stable hotel operation.
  • In the incident of major defect of operation equipment, to affirm to be in hotel for immediate rectification or access the situation and report.
  • To schedule testing of equipment in accordance with policy and procedure, and standard operating procedure.
  • To conserve energy in every manner to save cost at all hotel utilities and to be mindful of environmental preservation.
  • To give fullest support to Operations Manager in all instruction pertaining the hotel\xe2\x80\x99s operation.
  • To complete job scope within given time range at all time unless it had been clearly communicated as reassessed time scope.
  • Establish priorities of work and repairs to be done and constantly follow-up until work is completed.
  • Responsible for the cleanliness of your work area.
  • To maintain a high standard of personal appearance and hygiene at all times.
  • To have a complete understanding of the hotel\xe2\x80\x99s Employee Handbook and adhere to the regulations contained within.
The above duties are a guide to the nature of work required and are not intended all the tasks associated with the role. Incumbent maybe required to perform any other duties as and when assigned by Management from time to time. Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Salary: RM1,500.00 - RM1,700.00 per month Benefits:
