Objectives of the position Responsible for leading the packing operators to pack the finished good with correct lot no, label and packing type, stack in the warehouse and load to vehicle for transportation. Main Tasks Lead, supervise and control a group of packing contractors and warehouse technicians to carry out assigned routine and specific task safely and efficiently. Monitor and closely control the warehouse packing activities to ensure correct quantity, label and packing type according to customer requirements. Execute SAP production system to capture the production activities accurately. Promptly inform Shift Supervisor for any trouble during the shift to ensure smooth packing, warehousing and transporting activities. Assist Supervisor in conducting customer complaint investigation related to packaging and warehousing issues. Liase closely with maintenance personnel for any repairs and maintenance activities in the warehouses. Ensure all environment, health and safety rules and guidelines are being adhered to and maintain high safety standards and safe working environment. Train packing contractor personnel continuously to improve warehousing and packaging productivity. Carry out specific task as and when required and instructed by Warehouse Supervisor.
