REQUIREMENTS
- Minimum SPM or Diploma in the relevant field with at least 2-3 years of related working experience.
- Skilled in basic technical and maintenance work.
- A self-starter with qualities of a team player yet is able to work independently.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Attend to all electrical, air conditioning, building automation, plumbing works and others.
- Carry out all scheduled maintenance in accordance with the timeline set.
- Assist in monitoring and supervising job on maintenance and repair works which are carried out by external contractors.
- Document and update maintenance related works at site in the system.
