Perform inspection, troubleshooting, and repair of iOS devices (iPhone, iPad, etc.).
Conduct quality checks on hardware and software functionality.
Assist in refurbishment processes including battery, LCD, body, and connectivity testing.
Maintain accurate service records and documentation.
Support senior technicians in daily operations and client servicing.
Ensure compliance with company safety and quality standards.
Qualifications
Minimum
SPM, STPM or Diploma
in Electronics, IT, or related field.
Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
Basic knowledge of mobile devices and operating systems.
Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn.
Ability to work in a team and follow standard operating procedures.
Good communication skills (English and Malay).
