Job Description

We are looking for technicians with experience in the semiconductor industry relevant with the following:

Process - Wirebond (FE) / Assembly BE

Process operation

- Operate and monitor related machinery, equipment or systems used in production, adhere to SOP

Troubleshooting & maintenance

- Identify and respond to process deviations/equipment malfunctions, including performing basic preventive maintenance and record/report process anomalies to the engineering or QA team.

Quality & compliance

- Perform in-line inspections or basic quality tests, assist in root cause analysis

Continuous improvement

- Suggest improvements for process efficiency, yield or waste reduction, including participating in Kaizen, 5S or other related projects.

Maintenance

Installation & setup

- Support the installation & calibration of new machines and tools; read technical manuals/schematics/SOPs

Troubleshooting & maintenance

- Perform routine preventive maintenance (PM) on equipment, troubleshoot & repair equipment faults and work closely with equipment/process engineers to minimize equipment-related quality issues.

Safety & compliance

- Ensure adherence to ESH guidelines/ISO/cleanroom protocols, etc. and machines and tools are well-calibrated and in optimal condition.

Continuous improvement

- Report recurring issues and recommend equipment improvements
