WE ARE LOOKING FOR .....
This role has impact to the Technology Division and AIA Bhd. as a whole as the person is tasked to monitor, control and report on the technology vendor contracts and utilization of GOE expenditure.
The expected impact includes:

• Better control of GOE costs, leading to better control of escalating GOE costs
• Tight internal and regulatory compliance, avoiding potentially high impact non-compliance in relation to IT expenditure and vendor contracts
• More accurate GOE expenditure forecasting, leading to better financial planning for AIA Bhd.

• 
  Draft 3rd party resource contracts using AIA\xe2\x80\x99s standard template and work with AIA Legal to complete the signing of the contracts.
• 
  Keep the technology vendor contracts inventory up-to-date Manage the twice yearly vendor performance rating exercise.
• 
  Review and Approve Purchase requests in Ariba against the approved budget.
• 
  Perform monthly accruals.
• 
  Financial analysis of any ad-hoc issues.
• 
  Be accountable for maintaining monthly Technology non-controllables and keeping the financials in check.
• 
  Be accountable for Technology department\'s timely GR completion and ensure payments are made on time to 3rd Party Vendors.
• 
  Performs other responsibilities and duties periodically assigned by supervisor in order to meet operational and/or other requirements.
