Job Description

\xe2\x80\xa2 Support troubleshooting, provide fault analysis and location in DIGI project; \xe2\x80\xa2 Support configuration, including basic configuration, interconnection configuration, route troubleshooting and so on; \xe2\x80\xa2 Be responsible for local bidding procurement and technical negotiation; \xe2\x80\xa2 Assist in maintaining the operating system; \xe2\x80\xa2 Responsible for the appraisal and evaluation of on-site employees, as well as tracking the progress of the project, including issuing PR and changing PO; \xe2\x80\xa2 Collect user complaints and analyze accordingly, provide solutions to these complaints and improve network quality; \xe2\x80\xa2 Responsible for the formulation of project name and interface description, the determination of project quantity, unit, and estimated unit price; \xe2\x80\xa2 Collect the customer\'s requirements for ZTE pro Core Network Performance Monitoring, Analysis, Troubleshooting & KPI Improvement. \xe2\x80\xa2 Including qualified subcontractors into the certification system and regularly review and evaluate their performance (Including quality, progress and management); \xe2\x80\xa2 Handling customer complaints regarding call drop, handover failure and providing suitable solutions. \xe2\x80\xa2 Responsible for personnel leasing and subcontracting in the project delivery phase; \xe2\x80\xa2 Analyze the resource market of outsourcers and conduct risk assessment \xe2\x80\xa2 Achieve and maintain the Core Network Performance as per the threshold KPIs (Accessibility, Mobility and Service Integrity). \xe2\x80\xa2 Technical support for all DIGI project related issues & activities. \xe2\x80\xa2 Technical training for local staff and customers.
