\xef\xbb\xbfPosition: Technology Operations Analyst ( Gaming)Tenure: 1 year contractSalary: Up to RM 7,000Location: Axiata Tower:Be the point of contact for the partners which comprises a set of important and high potential developers for the platform.Provide in-depth quality feedback and consultation to 3rd party partners.Continuously engage partners in dialogue (via group email alias) regarding top priorities and opportunities using a combination of canned responses and custom dialogue.Consult with business stakeholders from various business functions to address partner\'s requests related to apps, games, Android products, platforms and policy related issuesCommunicate with partners in a highly supportive and professional manner to create an exceptional experience for themIdentify operational and partner\'s pain points and improvement opportunities, and work with the team to create better support experience for the partners.Provide ongoing input in process and scalability improvements.Job Requirements:BS/BA or equivalent in business, engineering, operations, or 4 years of experience in lieu of degreeAt least 1 year of customer service / support experiencePassion for mobile Apps or Games industryStrong communication skills. Fluent in both written and spoken English and local language as required by location.Basic skills with Productivity apps such as MS Office and/or Google G-suiteBasic operational data analysis and insight generations skillsBasic process analysis and mappingBasic project management skillsBasic situational analysis skillsAny B2B partner or customer support experience is a big plusFamiliarity with mobile app industry, challenges and growth opportunitiesFamiliarity with any CRM or case management solution as an internal userExperience with app / games development is an advantageSub Specialization : Information Technology;Others
