Proficiency in Mandarin is a must for this position(Read, Speak, Type)
Basic English required for this role
Have no issue to work on 7am - 11pm Rotational shift (9 hours per shift including 1 hour break time)
Willing to commit on 5 days work per week (Rotational 2 off day per week)
Willing to work on weekend or public holidays based on shift arrangement
Able to start working on 11 September
Have no issue to be fully work based at Petaling Jaya, Selangor Office
Tanggungjawab
Handling all inbound calls, Email, and Live Chat pertaining to customer general inquiries, complaints, comments, feedbacks and other raising issue related the company\'s services.
To exceed customer\'s expectation in terms of customer service & accurate information.
Work in a team to achieve the required KPI elements SLA.
Troubleshoot technical problems of telecommunication services.
Assist on solving common technical problems.
Provide primary technical advice to customers with practical information and tools.
Manfaat
Monthly Salary: RM2,800 Basic Salary + KPI allowance up to RM500
