Monitor and enforce organization construction designs, techniques, testing and analysis, quality management Your new company An international engineering contractor company that provides infrastructure construction such as marine engineering, dredging and reclamation, construction of roads and bridges, railways, airports and plant construction. Due to company growth, they are looking to expand their business in Solomon Islands, and are looking for a Telco Project Engineer to be based there for the duration of the project. Your new role Telco project management Monitor and enforce organization construction designs, techniques, testing and analysis, quality management Liaise with consultants and third-party measurement and control test centres In charge of project design and technical management, and assist in on-site construction production, ensuring safe and proper workplace Responsible for the construction technical management of the General Manager Department and assist in the completion of various construction changes and designs. Preside over the preparation of the guidelines for construction organization design to provide guarantee for construction production Responsible for the implementation of design documents, construction specifications, construction techniques, construction methods, scientific and technological management and the promotion and application of scientific research achievements. Understand construction site issues, identify and solve problems in timely manner, actively participate in production schedule meetings, progress analysis meetings, configure and adjust production factors, and formulate measures to solve problems What you\'ll need to succeed Bachelor\'s degree in a related field of study and relevant work experience More than 8 years of experience in construction technology management of medium-large sized projects, and have work experience as chief engineer (or assistant manager) for more than 2 years Familiar with construction techniques involved, technical quality management procedures and requirements.
