Requirements

• Excellent Communication Skills: Fluent in [Hindi / English / regional language] with a clear and pleasant voice. Ability to engage customers effectively and handle objections professionally.
• Able to speak in Mandarin
• Energetic & Customer-Focused: Must be fresh, enthusiastic, and proactive in making outbound calls. Strong persuasion skills to promote products/services and achieve sales targets.
• Responsible & Reliable: Maintain accurate call records, follow scripts/guidelines, and report daily performance. Should be punctual, disciplined, and able to work under targets.

Responsibilities
Outbound/Inbound Calling:

• Make outbound calls to potential/existing customers to promote products/services.
• Handle inbound inquiries, provide information, and resolve customer concerns professionally.
• Maintain a high call volume while ensuring quality interactions.

Customer Engagement & Sales Support:

• Build rapport with customers, understand their needs, and recommend suitable solutions.
• Follow scripts and sales strategies to achieve daily/weekly targets.
• Update customer responses and feedback in the CRM system accurately.

Performance & Responsibility:

• Meet or exceed sales/call targets with a positive and determined attitude.
• Maintain call records, generate reports, and share updates with the team lead.
• Adhere to company policies, data privacy norms, and call etiquette
