Job Scope:
Take responsibility for achieving individual collection results.
Advise customers to make timely payments.
Serve as a reminder to customers regarding upcoming payment due dates.
Respond to customer requests based on their specific requirements.
Maintain high standards of customer service and uphold the company's image.
Complete dunning activities according to assigned queues.
Conduct extensive follow-ups with customers via phone calls, email, or fax to ensure payments are made in accordance with credit terms.
Foster strong client relationships and maintain excellent service levels.
Meet established targets for collections and achieve the financial objectives set by management.
Requirements:
Minimum qualification: SPM, STPM, Diploma, or Degree.
Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
Strong communication skills in both English and Malay.
Proficient computer skills, with good knowledge of MS Office.
Excellent listening skills and the ability to empathize with others' perspectives.
Persuasive skills to encourage positive actions, attitudes, and behaviors in others.
Ability to handle and manage stress effectively.
Salary:
Degree Holders:
Rm2,500-Rm3000
Diploma Holders:
Rm2,300
SPM Holders:
Rm1,700
Experienced: Rm2,000-Rm2,500
Incentives
