- Make outbound calls to potential customers to introduce and promote company products and services.
- Follow up with leads to build and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Meet individual and team sales targets through proactive communication.
- Accurately update customer details, call results, and follow-up activities in the CRM system.
- Work closely with the sales team to support deal closures and overall performance.
