- Minimum SPM with 2 years of experience in telemarketing
- Must be able to speak in English fluently
- Willing to work on rotational shift and on weekends
- Contact potential or existing customers to inform them about a product or service
- Keep a consistent number of outbound calls & talk time per day following targets set
- Engage customers via outbound/inbound sales enquiries
- EPF & SOCSO
- Completion bonus
