Requirements

• Diploma in a relevant field (e.g., Business Administration, Marketing, Communications) or equivalent practical experience.
• Excellent communication skills in Bahasa Malaysia and English, both verbal and written, to effectively engage with a diverse customer base.
• Proven experience in telemarketing or a related sales role, with a minimum of 2 years demonstrated success.
• Strong understanding of telecommunications systems and network management principles to troubleshoot basic technical issues and provide informed responses to customer inquiries.
• Exceptional customer service skills, with a focus on building rapport and resolving customer concerns efficiently and professionally.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, contributing to a positive and collaborative work environment in our Cheras office.
• Proficiency in using CRM software and other telemarketing tools to track customer interactions and manage sales leads effectively.
• Must be willing to work full-time at our onsite location in Cheras.

Responsibilities

• Conduct outbound calls to potential customers to promote products or services.
• Qualify leads and identify decision-makers within target organizations.
• Present product information and benefits to prospective clients.
• Answer questions about products or the company.
• Record customer details, including contact information and interests, in the company database.
• Schedule appointments for sales representatives to meet with qualified prospects.
• Follow up on leads and previous clients to maintain relationships and generate new opportunities.
• Achieve or exceed monthly sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Provide excellent customer service and address customer inquiries or concerns.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of company products, services, and industry trends.
• Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to optimize telemarketing strategies and campaigns.
