Contacting / received calls from customers and explaining the benefits and advantages of car / motorcycle insurance renewal services within the company
Using scripts to provide information about product features, prices, and presenting its benefits to customers
Negotiate with customers to purchase by explaining how insurance services at the company to meet customer needs
Preparing and sending vehicle insurance quotes to customers via email
Recording customer personal information accurately in the computer system
Answering incoming calls and reading and replying to emails from customers prudently
Keeping call and sales records as well as user information records for future reference
Obtaining information on potential new customers from time to time for the purpose of increasing the achievement of monthly targets
Job Requirements :
1 year or less of experience in telemarketing / call centre / debt collector / customer service.
Fresh graduates are welcomed to apply.
Applicants who have experiences as inbound / outbound call center industries are encouraged to apply.
Candidate able to converse and write in basic English and Bahasa Malaysia.
Candidate must be computer savvy.
Willing to learn a new knowledge, skills and experience.
