RM 2,200.00 - RM 3,000.00 per month

Engage with customers via phone -- both inbound and outbound -- to explain the benefits and advantages of the company's car and motorcycle insurance renewal services. Use prepared scripts to share detailed information about product features, pricing, and overall benefits. Persuade and negotiate with customers by highlighting how the company's insurance products best meet their needs. Prepare and send accurate vehicle insurance quotations to customers through email. Record customer details and other relevant information accurately in the company's system. Handle incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries via email in a professional and timely manner. Maintain proper records of calls, sales activities, and customer information for future reference. Continuously identify and follow up on potential new customers to help achieve monthly sales targets.

Job Requirements

Up to 1 year of experience in telemarketing, call center, debt collection, or customer service. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply. Candidates with prior experience in inbound or outbound call center roles are highly encouraged. Able to communicate and write in basic English and Bahasa Malaysia.
