Conduct outbound calls using prepared scripts to introduce products and generate interest.
Schedule appointments for Sales Representatives with qualified prospective customers.
Explain products, answer enquiries, and provide clear, accurate information to customers.
Collect and verify customer details (name, contact, address) and update them in the system accurately.
Adapt and refine sales scripts to better match customer needs.
Learn and understand product features, technical knowledge, and value propositions.
Maintain call logs, track follow-ups, and assist in meeting monthly call and appointment targets.
Collaborate closely with team members and supervisors to improve call strategies.
Perform overtime when required to support business operations.
Requirements

Role requires Mandarin communication for targeted customer segments
Minimum
SPM
qualification.
Proficient in
English, Bahasa Malaysia, and Mandarin
(verbal & written).
Strong interpersonal, communication, and customer-handling skills.
Independent, proactive, fast learner, and able to work in a team environment.
Must be
computer literate
.
Engineering education background or experience is an added advantage.
Telemarketing / call center experience is an additional advantage.
Must be able to work
fully on-site
