Requirements

• Confident, motivated, and result-oriented.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Positive attitude and passion for telemarketing.
• Proficient in both English and Chinese.
• Outbound sales or telemarketing experience is an advantage.
• Fresh Graduates are welcome to apply.

Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to potential customers to introduce and promote company products and services.
• Follow up with leads to build and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Meet individual and team sales targets through proactive communication.
• Accurately update customer details, call results, and follow-up activities in the CRM system.
• Work closely with the sales team to support deal closures and overall performance.
