Requirements
Proven experience as a telemarketer.
Excellent communication and persuasion skills.
Strong ability to handle rejection and maintain a positive attitude.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications in sales or marketing are a plus.
Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to prospective customers using a provided list or database.
Introduce and promote company products or services to potential clients.
Identify customer needs and provide appropriate recommendations.
Handle customer inquiries, objections, and concerns effectively.
Maintain accurate records of calls, customer interactions, and sales outcomes.
Follow up with potential customers to close sales or schedule appointments.
Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly targets.
Adhere to company scripts, guidelines, and compliance regulations.
Work closely with the sales team to ensure seamless customer acquisition.
To perform other duties as assigned.
