Our client is a licensed moneylender in Malaysia, operating under the Moneylenders Act 1951. The company offers fast, easy, and reliable financial assistance tailored to individual needs and capabilities. Key Responsibilities:

• Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling and live chat.
• Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on products and services.
• Negotiate/close deals and handle complaints or objections.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve better results.
• Gather feedback from customers or prospects and share with internal teams.
• Assess customers needs and provide assistance and information on product features.
• Follow and achieve team sales goals on a monthly basis.
• Remain knowledgeable on products offered.
• Cross sell products.
• Team up with co-workers to ensure proper customer service.
• Manage incoming calls and convert sales leads to customers.
• Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer through open and interactive communication.
• Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools.
• Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution.
• Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies.
• Take the extra mile to engage customers.
• Respond to customer queries in a timely and accurate way, via phone, email or chat.
• Identify customer needs and help customers use specific features.
• Monitor customer inquiries on webpage and reach out to provide assistance.
• Remarketing of leads.

Qualifications and Requirements:

• Good in English and Bahasa Malaysia
• Mandarin/Cantonese will be an added advantage
• Strong understanding of loan or financing product collections and customer repayment behavior
• fresh graduate is welcome to apply

Remuneration:
Basic: MRY 1,700 - MYR 2,000 + Commission
Working Hours:
Monday - Friday: 9am - 6pm
Saturday: 9am - 3pm

Kelana Jaya, Petaling Jaya
