As a Lead Generator (support Hong Kong market), proactive sales professional to conduct market research and generate new business leads through various channels (calls, emails, and LinkedIn outreach) primarily targeting Hong Kong and nearby regions. The role involves supporting sales administration, managing customer inquiries with Cloud HRMS software products.
Main Responsibilities:
Research the market to find potential leads in Hong Kong and nearby regions.
Handle calls, emails, and LinkedIn outreach to promote company products and services.
Conduct canvassing and telemarketing to generate new business leads.
Schedule appointments and pass qualified leads to the sales team.
Support sales admin tasks and respond to customer inquiries.
Maintain sales records, prepare invoices, and compile monthly sales reports.
Communicate between the sales team and customers to clarify quotes and orders.
Main Requirements:
Strong communication in
Cantonese
and English (Mandarin is a plus)
Able to read in
Traditional Chinese and English
Experience in
lead generation / telemarketing / inside sales / in bound call / customer service
Strong interpersonal and client relationship skills
Flexible to align work schedule with Hong Kong public holidays
Able to work independently with minimal supervision
Willing to travel to
Q Sentral, KL
(next to KL Sentral, easy access to MRT, LRT, Monorail, and KTM)
