Telemarketer / Customer Service Representative
Location: Taman Molek, Johor
Working Hours: 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM (Monday-Friday)
About the Role
We are looking for a motivated and confident Telemarketer / Customer Service Representative in Taman Molek. This role involves engaging with customers over the phone, promoting products or services, and providing excellent customer support.
Requirements :-
Education:
Minimum SPM or equivalent qualification in any related field.
Experience:
At least 1 year of experience in telemarketing or customer service is preferred.
Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply (training will be provided).
Skills:
Strong communication and persuasive skills (English & Bahasa Malaysia).
Confident speaking over the phone with a positive, professional tone.
Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office / Excel).
Able to handle rejection and maintain a positive mindset.
Others:
Must possess own transport (if required for client visits).
Willing to work weekends or extended hours when necessary.

Full-time, Permanent
Salary: RM2,100 - RM4,100 per month (based on performance & experience)
