- Conduct outbound calls to potential customers and generate appointments for Sales team
- Compile database leads from publicly available sources.
- Introduce and describe our products or services to potential customers.
- Generate quality sales appointments for Sales team to follow-up.
- Collaborate with Sales team to develop and implement telemarketing strategies.
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of call activities in the CRM system.
