About your role



As part of our Telemarketing team, your main responsibility is to contact car sellers and secure appointments for vehicle inspections at Carro's inspection centres. This is a high-activity, target-oriented role focused on outbound calls to leads provided by the company. If you are motivated by sales performance, comfortable with structured KPIs, and want a role that rewards effort with attractive incentives, this could be a strong fit for you.

What you'll be doing



Make outbound calls to car owners who have shown interest in selling their vehicles. Engage customers, explain Carro's services, and schedule inspection appointments. Follow scripts while adapting your approach based on customer responses. Provide clear information via WhatsApp and calls, ensuring all records are accurately updated in the system. Meet individual KPIs related to call volume, conversion, and service levels. Submit daily reports and feedback to team leads. Work closely with internal teams to follow up on appointment status or customer queries. Assisting in resolving customer complaints through calls and working with internal departments for follow ups.

Requirements



Candidates must possess at least a SPM/ Diploma/ Bachelor's Degree in any field. At least 1 year of experience in outbound telesales, telemarketing, or related call-based roles.

Fresh graduates

with strong motivation and the right attitude are welcome to apply. Clear communicator with confidence over the phone; comfortable using CRM tools and basic computer applications. Goal-driven individuals who enjoy structured targets and incentive-driven environments. Open to rotational shifts, including weekends and weekday off-days. Ambitious, target-driven and eager to take on challenges. Enjoy working over the telephone. Knowledge of automotive products and services is an advantage.

Work Schedule & Hours



Enjoy a 5-day work week with rotational rest days -- perfect for those who appreciate flexibility beyond the typical Monday-to-Friday routine.

Operation Hours:



9:00 AM - 8:45 PM (Your shift will be a total of 45 hours per week over 5 days shift) Your weekly schedule will be thoughtfully arranged by your supervisor to support both business needs and team balance.
