Requirements

• Minimum SPM / Diploma or equivalent qualification.
• Good communication skills in Mandarin, English, and Bahasa Malaysia.
• Confident, proactive, and persuasive over the phone.
• Basic computer literacy (Microsoft Office, WhatsApp, CRM system).
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply - training will be provided.
• Working Hours:Monday - Friday: 9:30 AM - 5:30 PMSaturday: 12:00 PM - 4:30 PM

Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to potential customers to promote CY KIDS programs and services.
• Handle inbound inquiries and provide information on course details, schedules, and promotions.
• Follow up with leads and maintain relationships with existing parents and customers.
• Update customer database and maintain accurate call records.
• Work closely with the marketing and sales team to achieve monthly enrolment and sales targets.
• Provide excellent customer service and uphold the company's professional image.
