Job Description

As a Telemarketer, you will make outbound calls to potential customers and share with them about our products or services. Your primary goal will be to generate interest, qualify leads and convince customer to use our products over the phone. You will also engage prospects and build rapport through persuasive communication skills, gathering information about their needs and preferences.If you are a self-motivated and persuasive, passionate about delivering tangible results, you could be an excellent IT for this role. • Good communication skills
• SPM/STPM/Diploma holders are encouraged to apply.
• Able to speak in English, Mandarin & Bahasa Malaysia

Responsibilities

• Conducting outbound calls to potential customers to promote our products or services.
• Communicate respectfully and politely with potential customers at all times
• Building rapport with customers, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions to convert them as our customers.
• Addressing customer concerns and overcoming objections.
• Always strive towards meeting monthly KPIs set by The Company
