Job Description


  • Good communication skill in ENGLISH & BAHASA MALAYSIA. MANDARIN will be BONUS
  • Candidate must possess at least SPM/Diploma/Degree in any field
  • Experience in handling administrative work is an added advantage
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and Powerpoint
  • Able to start immediately is an added advantage
Responsibilities
  • Receive complaint calls/ Solve Technical call.
  • Attend Sales call to receive application.
  • Retrieve customer details from google form and submit to bank
  • Willing to do tasks that required out of job scope
Benefits
  • Basic RM2,200 to RM2,500 (Depend on experience)
  • Incentive + Allowance + Bonus (Can more than 8k per month)
  • Positive Working Environment
  • Working Hour: Monday to Friday (8.30am to 5.30pm)
