Open Position: Telemarketing Sales Manager (Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) Company)

An Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) Company is currently hiring for Telemarketing Sales Manager to join the team and based in the Selangor office. You will be responsible to build a Telemarketing specialist team for the APAC region.

Key responsibilities include:

-Having over 5 years of people management and leadership experience within CRM, ERP and other IT Software industry

-Having an entrepreneurship spirit to build and grow a brand new Telemarketing specialist team

-Build and meet the account regional growth targets set by the management team covering the APAC region

-Coach and mentor Telemarketing specialist on daily operations as well as career development

-Create and maintain both cold/warm leads and target lists for potential new customers

-Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
