Telemarketing-Port Klang

Responsibilities

Collect and analyze information and prepare data and sales reports
Seek new opportunities through networking, cold calling, and social media channels
Manage telemarketing and proactively contact existing and potential customers.
Prepare quotation for customer
Setting up meetings with potential clients and listening to their requirements and concerns.
Build relationships with customers and ensure they feel supported and value

Qualifications

Possess good interpersonal skill and able to interact with all levels of customers
Fresh Graduate are most welcome
SPM with experience in customer and sales skills.
Good spoken language in Mandarin, English, Bahasa Malaysia
