Role: Telesales
Client: Reputable Bank in Malaysia
Working Hour: 9.00 am - 6.00 pm (Monday to Friday)
Work Location: Kuala Lumpur
Employment Term: Permanent Responsibilities:
- Initiating sales with potential customers over the phone.
- Provide an information to customer regarding the banks\' products and services
- Understand customer need
- Gathering and documenting customer information, payment methods, purchases, and reactions to products.
- Manage customer information on the company system
- Answering customers\' questions on the products.
- Completing the assigned KPIs as prescribed - Meeting sales quotas.
- Ability to handle customer.
- Ability to grasp customer psychology.
- Able to work independently in a team.
- Honest, enthusiasm for work
- Passion for making money
- Perseverance, determination to learn non-stop
- Love consulting and sales work
