Work location: KL Eco City (LRT - Abdullah Hukum Station)

Conduct outbound calls to prospective customers from provided leads and databases. Effectively communicate product features, benefits, and promotions to potential customers. Identify customer needs and tailor sales pitches accordingly to the sales campaign assignment. Meet and exceed monthly sales targets and performance metrics. Maintain accurate records of calls, sales, and customer interactions in the CRM system. Handle objections and provide appropriate responses to customer inquiries. Collaborate with team members to share best practices and improve sales techniques. Deliver, promote prospect customers on the benefits of refinancing or personal loan through strict adherence to the product factsheets and sales guidance script. Maintain a high standard, integrity and comply with PDPA Act. Adherence to high standards of work productivity and adherence to basic call center workforce management guidelines.

Job Requirements:

High school/ diploma or equivalent; a degree in business, marketing, or related field is a plus. Experience in telemarketing or sales (preferably B2B or B2C). Passionate in Sales through past experience with strong background in telemarketing prior. Good command in both English & Malay or Mandarin. Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills. Strong persuasive abilities and a positive attitude. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Proficient in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Working hours: Mon - Fri / 9am - 6pm
