Job Description

Basic Salary: RM1,700 - RM1,900 + (Unlimited Commisions)
Working Location: Jalan Rusila Marang, Terengganu
Working Hours: 8.30 am - 5.30 pm
Working Days: Monday - Sunday, 5 days a week, rotational off days (2 off days)

  • Candidate must possess at least a pass SPM - Compulsory
  • Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English
  • Applicants must be willing to work in Terengganu
  • Possible to have own transportation
  • No work experience is required. (Fresh graduates are welcome to apply)
  • Applicant with good communication skills is encouraged to apply
Tanggungjawab
  • Handling customer list & order processing order accurately on a daily basis in a timely manner.
  • Ensure the daily Save target is achieved.
  • Keep track of the Daily customer list, Nova TR/SR status, Customer Order processing and resolve any issue with pending orders.
  • To provide accurate information / service with excellent telephone courtesy for all customer either sales or non-sales.
  • Gathering feedback from customers who have decided to cancel their subscriptions or contracts in order to understand the reasons behind their decision and identify areas for improvement.
  • Negotiating with customers who are considering leaving in order to offer them incentives, discounts, or alternative solutions to encourage them to stay.
