What You'll Do
Contact or receive calls from customers to explain the
benefits of car/motorcycle insurance renewal services
Use prepared scripts to shareproduct information, pricing, and promotions
Persuade and assist customers
to renew or purchase insurance services Prepare and sendinsurance quotations via email
Handle customer inquiries viacalls and emails professionally
Who We're Looking For
Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
Able to communicate inbasic English and Bahasa Malaysia
Computer literate
and comfortable using online systemsPositive, friendly, and motivated
