Job Responsibilities & Duties :
Conduct outbound calls to potential customers with the aim of selling products or services.
Follow a script to introduce products/services, highlight features, and address customer queries.
Identify and qualify potential leads through cold calling and data research.
Gather and document information on prospective customers.
Acquire in-depth knowledge of the company's products or services to effectively communicate their benefits to customers.
Deliver persuasive sales pitches to encourage customers to make a purchase or set up appointments.
Customize sales pitch based on customer needs and preferences.
Customer Relationship Management:
Build and maintain positive customer relationships.
Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns.
Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Work towards achieving individual and team sales goals.
Keep accurate and detailed records of customer interactions, including sales activities and follow-up tasks.
Update customer information in the CRM system.
Address customer objections and concerns effectively.
Provide additional information or alternatives to overcome objections.
Provide feedback to the sales team and management on customer responses and market trends.
Prepare and submit regular reports on telesales activities and results.
Adhere to company policies and guidelines during sales calls.
Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and ethical standards.
Knowledge & Experience
1-3 years of previous experience in customer service or telemarketing preferred
Experience handling and processing payment information over the phone is advantageous
Ability to promote a product or service using persuasive language and techniques
Computer Skills
Proficient in MS Office and call center equipment/software programs
Skills and Competencies
Able to accept constructive criticism and continually improve sales techniques
Fluency in English is essential, bilingual is preferred
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Professional experience using online forms to enter payment and personal information
Speed and accuracy in typing
Experience in a position where meeting sales goals was important indication of performance
