Job Description
ROLES, RESPONSIBILITY AND AUTHORITY :a) Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needsb) Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking and social mediac) Set up meetings for Salesperson with potential clients and listen to their wishes and concernsd) Enter and update customer information in the databasee) Take and process orders in an accurate mannerf) Handle grievances to preserve the company's reputationg) Go the "extra mile" to meet sales quotes and facilitate future salesh) Keep records of calls and note useful informationi) Ensure the availability of stock for sales and demonstrationsQUALIFICATION AND EXPERIENCE:a) Candidate must possess a minimum a Diploma or Bachelors Degree in a related fieldb) Prefer with 1 year of working experience in a similar position.c) Proficient in Microsoft Officed) Good communication skills in Bahasa Malaysia and English.e) Thorough understanding of marketing and negotiating techniquesf) Fast learner and passion for Salesg) Aptitude in delivering attractive presentationsh) Possess good communication and interpersonal skillsi) Fresh Graduate welcome to apply**Able to start anytime
