Proven min 1-2 years working experience in telesales , telemarketing, or a similar role.

Responsibilities

Handle customer inquiries, provide accurate information, and resolve any issues or concerns.
Maintain detailed records of calls and customer interactions in the RM system.
Follow up on leads and opportunities to convert them into sales.
Collaborate with the outdoor sales team to develop and implement effective sales strategies.
Provide feedback to management on customer trends, competition, and market insights.
