Job Description

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Telemarketer to join our sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential customers, introducing our products/services, and generating sales leads. You will play a key role in driving our company\'s growth by building strong relationships with prospects and providing exceptional customer service.

• High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in sales or marketing are a plus.
• Proven experience as a Telemarketer or similar sales/customer service role.
• Can speak in English, B.Malaysia and Mandarin
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to handle rejection and remain positive and motivated.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to potential customers to introduce and promote our products/services.
• Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of our products/services to effectively communicate their benefits to prospects.
• Identify and qualify sales opportunities through effective questioning and active listening.
• Handle customer inquiries and objections professionally and confidently.
• Follow up on leads and schedule appointments for the sales team.
• Achieve or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly targets for calls, leads, and sales.
• Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement effective telemarketing strategies.
• Continuously improve sales skills and product knowledge through training and self-development.
