Job Description


  • Disciplined - Able to communicate well - Proficiency in Bahasa Malaysia is required, and English proficiency is an advantage.
  • Diligent and highly motivated.
  • Dedicated and serious about work ethics.
  • Having some knowledge regarding banking loans is an advantage.
  • Enjoys talking and is not afraid/intimidated to speak with customers over the phone.
  • Knowledge of telemarketing/telesales/banking/real estate is preferred.
Responsibilities
  • Cold calling and consulting on the bank\'s products (housing loan, personal loan, credit card).
  • Providing explanations to customers about refinancing.
  • Having some knowledge regarding banking loans.
  • Achieving the set monthly targets (scheduling appointments with customers).
