Lead and motivate the telesales team to hit daily and monthly sales targets.
Track performance and provide regular coaching and feedback.
Plan and implement strategies to boost productivity and conversion rates.
Conduct training sessions to improve product knowledge and sales skills.
Ensure the team follows company SOPs and maintains high call quality.
Prepare and present sales reports and key performance updates to management.
Requirements
At least 2 years of experience in telesales, call centre, or telco (fibre) sales.
Proven record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.
Strong leadership, communication, and coaching abilities.
Fluent in Bahasa Melayu and English (Mandarin is an advantage).
Energetic, goal-oriented, and comfortable in a fast-paced environment.
